WHY USE A REFERRAL AGENT?

First of all, and probably most importantly, a Referral Agent is a specialist in listening and understanding your unique needs and the way you like "to do business." John brings 25 years experience as a family counselor doing just that. After all, if you don't feel understood, how do you think the transaction will go?

The Referral Agent will suggest a Realtor or two who would have the time, experience, motivation and talent to bring about a successful sale. Not all real estate agents are the same. You may not have the time or patience to interview a bunch of agents. Be cautious. And, "that agent" you see advertising everywhere, might not be the best fit for you!

There is absolutely no cost to you! Real estate referral agents are licensed realtors who receive a referral fee for connecting agents with prospective clients. This referral fee comes out of the referred agent's commission from the sale, typically 25%, but this can vary depending on the situation. The referral agent is paid a referral fee only if the transaction closes.
